Job Description |
Serves as a resource to record and research client problems, and taking the steps required to solve these problems in a timely and efficient manner. Manages client relations by providing technical support and customer service. Will have direct contact with the client's technical staff and warehouse personnel. Specific expertise resides in application of problem solving techniques.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Support role:
1. Provide different levels of support. 2.Take incoming calls from clients and record basic details of the callers requirements. 3. Manages client relations by providing technical support and customer service. 4. Recording and updating the details of case in the Customer Support system. 5. Performing preliminary analysis of issues and resolve if possible. 6. Develop fixes for the issues raised. 7. Provide Software Development estimates for client requested modifications or software fixes. 8. Develop custom specifications and modifications for clients. 9. Assist with testing of fixes before sending to clients. 10. Installing fixes onto client systems and working with clients to test and promote fixes into Production systems. 11. Work with implementation team (pre go live) for product experience. 12. Develop positive working relationships with clients and internal support resources. 13. Assist in transition of client over to Customer Support from Project Implementation teams. 14. Recognize potential customizations and operational development for client's current business operations. 15. Account for appropriate and accurate time entry.

Candidate Requirements |
. Minimum 0.6 - 1 year of experience in PL/SQL and SQL. 2. College degree 3. Should be ready to work in shifts 4. A prior customer support background preferred 5. Prior experience with web based information products and services is preferred 6. Must be fluent in English and should possess good communication skills 7. Strong team player with ability to work with a diverse management structure. |
