Job Description |
The junior developer would be an integral part of the LBS software development team. He would be working on enhancements and customizations of our proprietary asset tracking server software called effiTRAQ. In addition, he would get to work on mobile devices and platforms (android, symbian, apple). If there is interest, he would also get enough exposure in networking and embedded programming.
The junior developer would be working with the CTO and the CEO of the company. The scope of his work would directly impact the company's product. The position would thus be very demanding and would require a very dedicated and hardworking individual. At the same time, it would offer immense on-the-job learning opportunities.

Candidate Requirements |
Strong algorithm background and problem solving skills
· Experience in Object Oriented Programming in JAVA
· Experience in DB operations using MySQL
· Experience in Javascript, AJAX
· Knowledge of multi threaded applications, socket communication
· Experience/ understanding of the Apache Struts framework (preferred)
· Comfortable working in the Linux environment
· Knowledge of Perl or Shell scripting
· Responsible, dead-line oriented and team player
UG Qualifications:
BE / B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology)
PG Qualifications:
Any PG Course (Any Specialization)
Minimum Marks: 75%
Graduation after: 2008.
