Candidate Requirements |
Graduates from reputed institutions should have the following :-
-Prior consulting experience a plus
-Finance background preferred
-Sincere and commitment to add value to the job
-1st class in all the degree semesters
-Good communications skills in English - Written and Spoken
-Familiar with PC usage - Word processing, internet search, Spreadsheets
-Should be a quick learner
- Should be able to work with little supervision (mainly from client site, home)
Some of the qualities that we are looking for are:
-Highly committed individual with a desire to learn during internship rather than do it for the sake of resume building.
-Able to understand business concepts and also able to learn fast
-Effective communication skills
-Demonstrate personal excellence.
Note:
-Allowance: Usually none, but depends on the task
-Vacation / Holidays: All government holidays allowed. 2 Sick leave each month Termination
