Our hiring process is as follows:

• We first investigate your specific company needs for an intern.
• You provide us the details like the desired level of the student, study domain, length of the internship.
• With that information we search for a student having a matching profile.
• We arrange an interview by phone between your company and the intern.
• If an intern is selected, we also make arrangement for their accommodation and transport during the internship period.
